The location of the apartment was excellent, being very close to the beach and two supermarkets. We had easy access to everything we needed, from groceries to enjoying a day at the shore. The room itself was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The staff were attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. the apartment provided a convenient and enjoyable experience.

At some points, we experienced noise from neighboring apartments, which was beyond the control of the staff.

We were in a large apartment and it was really quiet. Very close to the beach and shops and restaurants.

It was a very old building and is need of updating. The floor tiles were broken in the kitchen and the tiles in the bathroom were all black. There was a tiny portable T.V. with only 3 channels also there was no microwave or oven so not good if you have a young family and want to cook in.

The staff was amazing and so helpful. The apartment was what we paid for- nothing to write home about, but definitely worth it. In all, I think it was a great deal. The location was great, just a 5 minute walk for the beach, and everything else we needed was easily in walking distance.

Noisy neighbours, no basics provided - tea, coffee, tea towels, soap etc, most studios we have stayed in have provided basic amenities.

I recently stayed at a lovely apartment in Palma Nova for a week. The location was perfect - close to the beach, supermarkets, and just a short drive from Palma and the airport. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities I needed, including a comfortable bed, a well-equipped kitchen with a microwave, mokka, and toaster. The bathroom was spotless with ample hot water and a powerful shower. I especially enjoyed the cute little terrace, perfect for breakfast in the morning sun. The reception staff was incredibly helpful and friendly.

Would recommend this hotel.
